  • It depends! We offer fixed prices Branding Packages - in which the price is based on the itens included  in the package -  and also  Custom Branding Proposals - in which the price varies based on your brands specific needs. For custom proposals, we will first have a quick chat about your brand and then have a custom quote created and sent to you within 24h.

  • Yes! We understand that branding is a high investment, so we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to payment. We currently offer a 2 installment payment plan in which a 50% deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your slot and the remainder payment will be taken only when the package is complete. In case this plan is not accommodating enough for you, we are open to discuss if there is another option that would be best suited to you and your business!

  • The timeframe of a project depends on the deliverables in the package that was chosen, but it's safe to say that it can range from 3-8 weeks. A more specific timeline will be sent to you in your Client Welcome Packet outlining this and every other useful information about the steps of our branding project!

  • Not at all! In fact, most of our clients rely on us to establish which package would be best suited to them. On our first chat we will discuss about our packages and then tell you which one we think you will most benefit from and that best suits your needs within your budget. But don't worry, we are also very flexible on exchanging a couple of itens in the package in order to adjust to better suit your business. You will also have the choice of add-ons and will always be welcome to come back to us for additional work in the future!

  • Once we've discussed the perfect package for you and you're all booked in, we will book a conversation - where we will get to know each other and your business even better - and send you a Client Welcome Packet document, which includes a more specific timeframe for our project and a handful of information about brand styles and collecting references.

    1) Step one: tell us all about your business!

    On our - previously booked - chat you will tell us all about your brand and be sent an Onboarding Questionnaire to fill out. In this questionnaire you will have the opportunity to tell us in a more in-depth way about your brand's goals, values and vision. You will also be able to link your brand's reference board, which is the place where you will have put together all the imagery and references for the project, so we can visualize the design direction + aesthetic you wish us to follow for your brand.

    2) Step two: Research + Design Time

    Once we've analyzed the questionnaire answers and understood the foundation of your business, it's time we start the strategy research for your brand. With research and strategy in place, we will then move forward to your brand's design. We will work our knowledge and magic to create a brand that is perfectly aligned with its personality, values and purpose and present it to you on what we call Brandsheet, a document that will assemble the entire brand identity we created for your business (such as Logos, colour palette, brand application on collateral, mockups and extra elements) for you to approve.

    3) Step three: Feedback, adjustments and Dropday, yay!

    Assuming we've nailed your brand identity and you approved all the designs presented to you on the Brandsheet, it's time for us to apply the identity on the collateral itens of your brand, such as business cards, stationery, packaging, templates… etc! After these item's final approvals we can then move to the last steps of this last part of the process: adjusting + saving all of your brand's designs to their final format + finally uploading them to our shared Dropbox folder. So lastly, on Dropday, we will send you your Brand Guidelines document, which is a PDF that will resume all your new branding files and finally give you access to those on Dropbox.

    And that's about it!

    Of course these steps may vary depending on each project and service chosen, for All-in branding packages, for example, it's also included 1:1 meetings for us to analyze and strategize about your business and its specific needs together.

  • You'll receive all the files you'll ever need for your business. These include: Ai, EPS, PDF, PNG & JPEG. You will also receive a Brand Guidelines PDF by the end of the project - this document will resume the branding created for you, the files that you're receiving with it and significant information such as your colour palette codes, the use of each file format and the right way to use your Logo. It will also include the access link for your project files, that will be available to you for download via Dropbox.

  • Yes, we do take on existing brands as long as it is for a full branding redesign project, meaning that we won't reuse any of its old designs, such as Logos and brand elements.

  • Yes, absolutely! We are a brazilian studio based in Portugal taking on clients from all around the world!
